Golani Unicorn Mini Collectible Edition

Single apple brandy made from local grown Starking, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Gala and Pink Lady apples as well as a bit of Spadona pears. They are crushed, fermented, distilled and matured in a 50l single charred French oak cask that previously held single malt whisky. Bottled at 46% 250ml.
