“Spicy H’ummus” Brewer’s Whisky 50% 700ml
Our “Brewer’s Whisky” experimental series, distilled from local craft beer, matured for 24 months in oak casks and bottled at 50%. Our first bottling “Spicy H’ummus” was distilled from Meadan Bewery’s Chickpea Malt Ale and was matured in an ex Golani Black barrel. A hoppy whisky with a hint of black pepper spice and a touch of beer fizz. 700 ml.
