By accessing and using Israel's First Whisky LTD.'s website ("Site") to purchase alcohol products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You must be of legal drinking age in your respective jurisdiction to purchase alcohol products from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. Our website is intended for customers aged 18 and above. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. We ship worldwide where the laws permit the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for ensuring that the importation of alcohol into your country complies with local laws. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, Israel's First Whisky LTD. cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5770-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. For further details on cancellations, please refer to the relevant section of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
