The single grain whisky in this bottle is mashed from local wheat and malted barley, it is fermented and then double distilled in copper pot stills with worm tub condensers, it is then double wood matured in a single new charred American oak cask and an x cabernet oak cask for at least 5 years, with an approximate angel share of 32%. Bottled at 55% for full flavour. 700ml.
