Golani Unicorn

Our Unicorn series are releases from our experimental casks, they are one offs that will probably never be repeated. This release, our fifth Unicorn 🦄 Series release, a single grain whisky, aged 3 years in a new charred American oak cask, then transferred into an Absinthe (Holy Spirit FDC™️) cask for an 18 month finish, this is our second ever release of an absinthe finished whisky, it is very particular and is for people who enjoy a bitters, so lots of plant influence as well as strong anise licorice influence so definitely not for everyone. Crazy angels 😇 share (evaporation rate) of 37.8%.

Bottled at cask strength of 57.7% only 125 bottles available.
